Are you healthy?
I like to think I live a healthy lifestyle, I cook a lot, cycle everyday, work out, don’t eat processed crap, don’t drink too much and try to get laid as often as possible (sexercise baby!)
Yet I have a few nagging health issues.
1. This weird seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp, it comes and goes but I get it often enough that it’s irratating. And I’ve been considering dying my hair grey
But the idea of bleach on my hair with this crazy ikky seborrheic dermatitis is kinda painful to think of.
2. I get these dark circles under my eyes
Natasha says this is probably due to the fact we have young children, but I’m not convinced…
So I thought I’d try something different.
I’ve read a few accounts of people that have tried drinking a gallon of water a day for 30 days, a gallon is 3.77 litres so I figure 4 litres of water a day.
say 16 hours awake a day and you have 250 ml of water every hour.
That sounds pretty easy right?
So to help I’ve installed a timer extension on my Google Chrome
I’m using this one
I’ve set it to ring a bell every hour and I have a 250ml glass of water (not filtered) by the side of me as I work and any undrunk water left when the alarm goes off I drink and then refil the glass and reset the alarm.
So pretty basic set up but I like basic and simple.
Today is Day 1
I’m going to report back on day 7 and let you know how I get on and what’s happening
